The Property Management Office and the Building are closed on the following holidays:

• New Year’s Day
• Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday
  
• President’s Day
• Good Friday
  
• Memorial Day
  
• Independence Day
  
• Labor Day
• Columbus Day
  
• Thanksgiving Day
• Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend (Friday)
  
• Christmas Day

However, the Building is open to tenants and their guests at any time upon presentation of building approved identification/card. Tenant without approved identification / card will not be allow in the building.

If you require services on any of the legal building holidays, please contact the Property Management Office at (212) 966-3777 at least 72 hours in advance to arrange for service or use the Building Service Request application found in the Tenant Center.
