Building Security

Building personnel are on duty 24 hours a day, every day of the year including holidays. Through use of remote cameras and /or direct inspection, the staff monitors the lobby, freight elevator and loading dock, as well as controlling access to the upper floors of the building. Security staff members are in constant radio contact and are trained in emergency response.

The security desk is located in the lobby of 386 Park Avenue South. If you are not able to reach management, please reach out to the security desk for assistance, which is manned 24 hours a day.

Equipment Removal

Lobby personnel are instructed not to allow anyone to remove office equipment, furniture, etc. without authorization from the Property Management Office and a designated official of your company. You may obtain a "Package-Equipment Pass" from the Forms section of this portal.
